Tuna Egg Wrap

with PREMIUM Red Palm Oil

A great breakfast makes you feel good all day long! We have this colorful and flavorful tuna egg wrap to kick start for your day. Do you realise red palm oil really goes well in egg? Look at the color and you can really tell ~



5 minutes



  • 1 small red onion

  • Tuna 1/2 can

  • Red and Yellow capsicum, cut into small pieces

  • Shimeji mushroom

  • Salad vegetables

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 slices of cheese

  • Harvist Premium red palm oil


  1.  In a pan, heat up Premium red palm oil, add in red onion, shimeji mushroom, capsicums, tuna, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Beat two eggs in a jar and heat until it has cooked on one side. Flip it over, and cook on the other side. The wraps are so thin it only needs a few minutes on each side!

  3. Put in salad vegetables and cheese on the egg wrap, and wrap the egg with all the ingredients in the middle of it.

  4. Ready to serve.
