Just wanted to get back to you on trying out the KETO RED, I think it's great!

I've been having it drizzled on salads, omelets, and on its own this week.

I'm not sure if it's the MCT but I do feel a bit more energized, which is great as I've been feeling a little tired fasting while breastfeeding.
