This is where amongst many oil’s which I use on a daily basis, I was introduced to HARVIST's red palm oil, and after some research I realized that palm oil contains so many vitamins and minerals namely Co-enzyme Q10 which protects the heart and beta carotene which converts to Vitamin A in our body.

These are only some of the minerals among many others. Beta carotene also gives palm oil the reddish orange color. All these play a pivotal role in strengthening our immune system.
