Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Recommend to use full fat yogurt / Greek yogurt for this recipe for extra protein benefits in a cup. A healthy drink to start up your day, why not?

INGREDIENTS

1 cup strawberry greek yogurt

1 tbsp oats
-
5 large strawberries
-
1 tbsp Harvist red palm oil
-
1 tsp honey ( optional )

Ice cube
DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Make sure to blend the smoothie for long enough so the oil gets fully incorporated. -
You can use frozen strawberries. Eliminate the ice if you do so.
