Pumpkin Chic Breast Salad

with Garlic Infused Red Palm Oil

You can serve it up any which way you like, with as many or as few toppings that tickle your fancy. And you can drizzle a drop or the whole bottle of dressing on it, if you so please.


This healthy salad recipe is using Garlic infused red palm oil to drizzle over the salad. Juicy chicken breast with pumpkin,tempeh and pouch egg makes the whole salad rich in taste.




10 minutes



  • 200g chicken breast

  • a pinch of salt 

  • a pinch of black pepper

  • 140g salad vegetables

  • 2 slices of pumpkin

  • 80g tempeh

  • 1 cucumber

  • 8 nos of tomatoes

  • 1 pouched egg

  • 2 tbs of Garlic infused oil

  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar


  1.  Season the chicken breast with Garlic infused red palm oil, salt and pepper. Cut pumpkins into small pieces. Baked for 20mins at 180c.

  2. In another hand, put in tempeh into air fryer for 10 minutes at 200c.

  3. On a salad plate, place over salad vegetables, cucumber, tomatoes, pumpkins, tempeh, chicken breast and a pouched egg,

  4. Drizzle over Garlic infused red palm oil for an extra flavor and nutrition benefits.
