Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup

with Premium Red Palm Oil

Pumpkin and sweet potato, they are perfect combo for soup!  Harvist PREMIUM red palm oil are suitable to consume by drizzle over food. And in this recipe, you are gaining red palm oil benefits through this simple yet delicious and nourishing sweet potato and pumpkin soup.

  • 200g steamed pumpkin

  • 180g steamed orange sweet potato

  • 2 tbsp of PREMIUM red palm oil

  • 1 nos of red onion (chopped)

  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 100ml chicken stock

  • 50ml milk

  • a pinch of salt

  • 40g butter


  1.  Fried the onion and minced garlic using 1 tablespoon of  PREMIUM red palm oil,

  2. Put in the steamed pumpkin and sweet potato.

  3. Add in chicken stock.

  4. Add in milk.

  5. Put  a pinch of salt into the cooking bowl.

  6. Off the heat and transfer to blend the soup using a hand blender.

  7. Drizzle a tablespoon of  PREMIUM red palm oil over the soup.

  8. Ready to serve.
