KETO Cauliflower Fried Rice

This KETO Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe can be made in about 15 minutes! It can be served by itself as a quick lunch, or as a side dish. This recipe can be part of a low-carb, Keto and Atkins diet.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tsp Harvist Garlic Red Palm oil

  • 1/2 capsicum

  • 1/2 Holland onion

  • 3-4 egg

  • 2 cilantro leaves

  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the seed and set aside.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle over Harvist Garlic infused red palm oil, mix until well combined.

  3. Dollop a few spoonfuls of Tuna salad onto each avocado half.
