KETO Avocado Tuna Salad
This Keto Tuna Stuffed Avocado is creamy, low carb and loaded with healthy protein and fats. A classic combination of tuna salad and avocado, with refreshing cilantro and lemon juice, are my new favorite breakfast or lunch recipe. You can definitely make tuna salad in a batch and will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. Just slice the avocado daily as needed for serving.

4 tsp Harvist Garlic Red Palm oil

4 avocados

2 canned Tuna
-
¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Dijon Mustard

¼ cup cucumber, chopped

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Slice the avocado in half and remove the seed and set aside.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle over Harvist Garlic infused red palm oil, mix until well combined.

Dollop a few spoonfuls of Tuna salad onto each avocado half.
