This recipe is super easy for a healthy and flavourful meal, you will just have to mix the ingredients and spread them over the tilapia fish fillets with using our chili infused red palm oil. Delicious aroma from the lemon and chili infused oil that makes a simple meal simply awesome.

Ingredients
4 pieces of tilapia fillets
15g melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs Chili infused oil
5-6 pieces of thin ginger slices
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of parsley flakes
4 lemon slices
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix well with melted butter, salt, soy sauce, curry powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, ginger slices, and a tbs of Chili infused red palm oil.
2. Place tilapia fillets on the foil paper
3. Spread the baking sauce generously on the top of the tilapia fillets and pour Chili infused red palm oil over the fillets, and put on lemon slices.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 170c.
5. Drizzle over Chili infused red palm oil after baking for an extra flavor touch.
