In this recipe, garlic lemon butter sauce is the star element pair up with salmon fish. Whenever you want a quick dish for dinner, this is what we would suggest to you. It's simple yet delicious to get ready in 10 minutes times.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Garlic Infused red palm oil
2 salmon fillets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
1. In a small saucepan, add 2 tsp Harvist garlic-infused red palm oil and melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and saute until lightly golden brown. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Let the sauce simmer until it reduces.
3. Stir in butter and honey and whisk until combined, set sauce aside.
4. Dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat Harvist garlic-infused red palm oil on a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Once the oil is shimmering add salmon and cook for about 4 minutes on the first side until golden brown on the bottom then flip and cook salmon on opposite side until salmon has cooked through.
6. Plate salmon (leaving oil in pan) and drizzle each serving generously with butter sauce, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
Ready to serve.
