About the Recipe

Chicken soup is a soup made from chicken, simmered in water, usually with various other ingredients. In this recipe, let's cook with Harvist premium red palm oil that not only make the dish more delicate, but also more healthy !

Ingredients

1 chicken cut into smaller parts
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
2 potatoes
2 ginger
1 sup bunjut (soup spices)
2 tbs Harvist Premium red palm oil
1 liter water
1/2 bunch parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. In a large pot, heat up Harvist Premium red palm oil and thrown in sup bunjut, garlic, ginger and onion. Fry until fragrant.
2. Add in the carrot and potatoes. Put in a little bit of water and let it cook until tender.
3. Once the potatoes and carrot tender add the chicken and water and bring to a boil.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Garnish with parsley.
