Ingredients

1 cup strawberry greek yogurt
1 tbsp oats
5 large strawberries
1 tbsp Harvist red palm oil
1 tsp honey ( optional )
Ice cube

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Make sure to blend the smoothie for long enough so the oil gets fully incorporated.
3. You can use frozen strawberries. Eliminate the ice if you do so.
