3-4 Tbsp Red Palm Oil @harvist_official
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (3 Garlic & 1 Inch Ginger - Pounded)
1/3 Cup Anchovies
1 Tomato (Sliced)
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt (as needed)
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Coarse Grounded)
4-5 Bird�s Eye Chillies (Slit)
1 Pandan Leaf (Cuts)
200ml Thick Coconut Milk (1st Extraction)
150ml Warm Water + 300ml Thin Coconut Milk (2nd Extraction)
5 Fried Eggs (Sunny Side Up)
Coriander Leaves (Handful)
