Cheesy Kimchi Fried Rice

3 cups cooked short grained rice
1 cup kimchi (cut and lightly drained)
2-3 tbsp Harvist premium red palm oil
1-2 tbsp gojuchang
1-2 tsp Harvist sesame red palm oil
1 tsp Harvist Garlic red palm oil
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1 pack enoki mushroom (chopped)
1/2 carrot (finely chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 nori sheet (shredded)
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped spring onion


1. Heat Harvist premium red palm oil in hot pan. Saut� carrots, zucchini till fragrant then add in enoki mushroom and gojuchang. Toss in kimchi and season with Harvist red palm sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Add in rice and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes till all are well combined. Drizzle in Harvist garlic red palm oil. Then scoop into a big serving bowl
3. Invert rice onto a pan. Then pour eggs and cheese on the side. Cook at medium heat till egg is almost cooked. Remove heat.
4. Garnish with shredded nori, sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve immediately
