Creamy Mashed Potatoes

with Premium Red Palm Oil

With a table full of food, the most loved and devoured foods are always side dishes. It is perfect for any occasion, whether it be after a hectic day at work, or a festive dinner. By drizzle over Harvist red palm oil, 

you can also consume the great nutrition of Vitamin A and Vitamin E from the meal. Easy peasy and let's learn how to make it in a simpliest yet delicious way !

  • 4 nos potatoes

  • 100ml milk

  • 20g melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of Harvist Premium Red Palm Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1.  Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut 4 potatoes into pieces and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

  2. In a pan, heat butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted.

  3. Add in salt and pepper to taste, and a tablespoon of cream cheese

  4. Mashing the potatoes by folk or food processor.

  5. Drizzle over a tablespoon of Premium Red Palm Oil for a healthier touch.
