Creamy Mashed Potatoes

4 nos potatoes

100ml milk

20g melted butter
-
1 tablespoon of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of Harvist Premium Red Palm Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut 4 potatoes into pieces and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted.

Add in salt and pepper to taste, and a tablespoon of cream cheese

Mashing the potatoes by folk or food processor.

Drizzle over a tablespoon of Premium Red Palm Oil for a healthier touch.
