Berry Smoothie

with PREMIUM Red Palm Oil

this smoothie made purely of berries (strawberries, blackberries and rasberries, by adding a tablespoon of PREMIUM red palm oil, they are wonderfully healthy and nutritious.

  • 1 cup of strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon of Premium red palm oil

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 tso flex seed

  • 100ml roasted almond milk

  • optional topping: vanilla yogurt/ coconut chips


  1.  In a smoothie cup, put in strawberries, blackberries , raspberries and banana.

  2. Pour in roasted almond milk following by chia seed and flex seed.

  3. Drizzle over a tablespoon of Harvist Premium red palm oil.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

  5. You can choose to add on topping with vanilla yogurt or coconut chips for a perfect start !
