
Berry Smoothie
with PREMIUM Red Palm Oil
this smoothie made purely of berries (strawberries, blackberries and rasberries, by adding a tablespoon of PREMIUM red palm oil, they are wonderfully healthy and nutritious.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of strawberries

1/2 cup frozen blackberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1 banana
-
1 tablespoon of Premium red palm oil
-
1 tsp chia seed
-
1 tso flex seed
-
100ml roasted almond milk
-
optional topping: vanilla yogurt/ coconut chips

DIRECTIONS

In a smoothie cup, put in strawberries, blackberries , raspberries and banana.

Pour in roasted almond milk following by chia seed and flex seed.

Drizzle over a tablespoon of Harvist Premium red palm oil.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

You can choose to add on topping with vanilla yogurt or coconut chips for a perfect start !
