Spicy Mango Relish
The sour taste from mango and the garlic taste from Garlic infused red palm oil, add on with the Pro Vitamin A and Vitamin E. A delicious side dish that you can enjoy with friend and family during lunch or dinner. Simple to make and you can enjoy it together with steam rice!

INGREDIENTS

Garlic Infused Red Palm Oil

1 medium ripe mango cut into very thin strip.

4 fresh red chilies
-
10-15 bird eye chilies (add more/ reduce according to your preference)

Half of tomati
-
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste (balacan)

1 lime

Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 200c.

Lay all the chilies and tomato on top of sheet pan.

Sprinkle a bit of salt and drizzle Harvist garlic infused red palm oil all over it.

Using hands, mix up everything together until all are coated with oil and salt.

Transfer to the oven for about 20 mins or until lightly browned.

Place the roasted chilies and tomato to the mortar and pestle (or you can use food processor to grind to smooth paste.

Have a taste and you may add salt according to your liking.

Add in mango, gently toss until well mixed.

Add lime juice as needed.

Serve as side dish maybe to your grill fish or as topping to your fried/grill tofu or topping for fried tempe.
