Kerabu with Shells

The perfect combination from sea shell and vegetable from land, with the touch of spiciness from Chili infused red palm oil it help to boost our immunity with the Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamin E. The healthy meal that low in calories and rich in sources of lean protein. A healthy meal that serves on your plate.

PREP TIME

INGREDIENTS

  • Chili Infused red palm oil

  • 1/2 kg shellfish

  • A bunch of pucuk paku vegetables

  • A handful of bean sprout

  • 1 whole onion

  • 3-4 bird eye chilis (*)

  • A handful of anchovies (*)

  • Grated coconut

  • A little squueze of lemon/lime

  • Salt and sugar

  • Onion slices

  • Red chili slices

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the sheels, peel it off and set aside.

  2. Boil the pucuk paku vegies and bean sprout, drain and set aside. Blend ingredients marked (*) and fry the blended ingredients using Chili infused red palm oil until cook and set aside.

  3. Mix the boiled shells, pucuk paku veggies,bean sprouts with blended ingredients and also grated coconut.

  4. Squeeze the lemon and season with salt and sugar to taste.

  5. Sprinkle with sliced onion and red chili.

  6. Ready to serve.
