Buttered Garlic Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS

Garlic Infused red palm oil

1 whole sea bass (cut to 4-5 parts)

3 tablespoons butter
-
5 cloves of garlic
-
1/2 inch ginger
-
1 holland onion
-
3 stalks of curry leaves

2 stalks of dried chillies
-
1/4 cup fresh milk
-
a bit of lemon juice
-
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Wash the fish until clean and drain. Marinate the fish with a bit of turmeric powder and salt, then fry them and set aside.

Pour Garlic infused red palm oil and 3 tablespoons of butter into pan. Add chopped garlic, onion and ginger once butter melted, then add fresh milk and lemon juice, stir well.

Grind all the ingredients and saute for a while.

Add curry lelaves and chopped dried chillies. Stir well, add salt and sugar to taste.

Final step, put back the fried fish in the gravy.

Ready to serve.
