Buttered Garlic Sea Bass

The taste of ocean in your mouth. The combination of omega 3 from sea bass with our Vitamin A and E from Garlic infused red palm oil. A healthy meal for you to enjoy with friend and family. A simple meal to made but the huge benefit you get!.

INGREDIENTS

  • Garlic Infused red palm oil

  • 1 whole sea bass (cut to 4-5 parts)

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • 1 holland onion

  • 3 stalks of curry leaves

  • 2 stalks of dried chillies

  • 1/4 cup fresh milk

  • a bit of lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the fish until clean and drain. Marinate the fish with a bit of turmeric powder and salt, then fry them and set aside.

  2. Pour Garlic infused red palm oil and 3 tablespoons of butter into pan. Add chopped garlic, onion and ginger once butter melted, then add fresh milk and lemon juice, stir well.

  3. Grind all the ingredients and saute for a while.

  4. Add curry lelaves and chopped dried chillies. Stir well, add salt and sugar to taste.

  5. Final step, put back the fried fish in the gravy.

  6. Ready to serve.
