Balinese Chicken

The unique aromatic smell from lemongrass stems with the combination of the hot and spicy taste from Chili infused red palm oil, it would woke up you all the day. The crunch yet tender soft chicken meat will give you a vibe of happy day.

  • PREMIUM Red Palm Oil

  • Chili Infused Red Palm Oil

  • 1kg chicken

  • 5-6 lemongrass stems (crush)

  • 2 large onions (*)

  • 4 cloves of garlic (*)

  • 1 inch ginger (*)

  • 2 tablespoons dried chili blend

  • 1 teaspoon shrimp flavored crushed chili

  • Cooking caramel

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt


  1. Coat the chicken with salt and turmeric powder and fry them using Harvist Premium Red Palm oil and set aside.

  2. Next, heat the pan using Harvist Chili Infused Extra Red Palm, fry the lemongrass until golden brown.  

  3. Add the blend ingredients marked (*) together with chili blend and then add the shrimp flavored crushed chili.

  4. Cook for a while until smooth.

  5. Add a little water when needed and followed by sweet soy sauce and cooking caramel.

  6. Season with salt for taste.

  7. Finally add the fried chicken into the ingredients and coat everything.

  8. Now it is ready to be served.
